Alex has experience in both corporate and commercial transactions, as well as in commercial litigation. Alex has worked in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
Her areas of expertise include business sales and aquisitions, infrastructure, shareholders’ agreements, structuring advice, and other general commerical agreements.
Alex has also acted for clients in a broad range of litigation matters including construction and mining contract disputes, trademark disputes, shareholder disputes, administrative law and commercial disputes.
